KK Challenge: Days 3-5

Kelly Kilmer's Ten Minute Challenge last for five days. I hope to keep going with my little "Ten Minute Animal Journal."
For day three I added doodling, filled in the writing on the scrapbook paper and some dots in blue gel.
That page is done.
Do day four I started another page. It took more than the ten minutes to find the papers but I limited myself to that stage.

Today, day five, I added some fun little bits.
I'm loving these little bits of fun.

While I was scanning the ten minute book I scanned a couple of pages I did for Kelly's Marvel Your Precious Life class. I love how she teaches us to "paint with paper" and use the things we have.
It is so relaxing.
I used scrapbook papers, magazine cuts, tape, glue sticks, white gel pens, buttons, old children's book pages, rapidograph black pens, and overlays.

Thanks, Kelly, for all the inspiration.

    1. I learned today that since I have challenged myself to get in that ten minutes it is easier to get off the computer. Once I get going I don't usually stop at ten minutes or even go on to other projects.

  2. I love your finished page! I was watching you fill-in the letters with blue, and it looked so relaxing--almost meditative. I want to do that!

I also love the evolution of your pug page! LOVE the birdie on his head, and the rest of it, too!
